Kismet Farms’ equestrian facility is situated on over 40 acres of grassy hills in the Alhambra Valley of Martinez.
Our facility enables all boarders and lesson riders to enjoy riding year round in all weather conditions, rain or shine! Both of our spacious arenas feature all-weather footing, which means that we are able to ride in our outdoor arena throughout the rainy winter months. Our in-door arena is fully covered and large enough for multiple riders to safely have plenty of room. This allows for consistent availability for lessons and independent riding.
Amenities:
- 42 12′ x 14′ box stalls, two 12′ x 16′ stalls
- Ten 12′ x 24′ mare motels, ten 12′ x 12′ stalls with 12′ x 24′ paddocks
- Stalls cleaned daily and deep bedded with wood fiber shavings or straw
- 100′ x 200′ indoor arena with lights, water, and all-weather footing
- 180′ x 300′ outdoor arena with all-weather footing
- Nine pastures from 1/2 acre to 10 acres
- Eurociser and round pen
- Miles of watershed land hacking
- Water jump and cross country school field
Horse Care Services
Additionally, the following services are available for your horse:
Basic Full Care:
- 2-4 hours of daily turn-out (weather permitting) including providing boots and polos
- Removal and return of blankets
- Feeding of daily grain and supplements including any medication
Limited Grooming (at extra free)
- Daily grooming before and after lessons/rides
- Hand-walking and turnouts
- Regular trimming of faces and fetlocks
- Minor veterinary/first aid as needed
- Legs wrapped/unwrapped
- Tack cleaned after each use
