We offer a competition-geared training program for the more advanced horse-owning client. In our program, we aim to provide both the education to be successful and the confidence to try. Whether the student chooses to compete or just likes the intensive challenge of advancing their skill level, we can tailor a program to suit most abilities. Our competition school has produced over twenty FEI-level riders, four NAYRC medalists, five CCI3* riders, two CCI4* Rolex Kentucky competitors, and several past and current USEF-listed riders.
At Kismet Farms, we also take horses in training and offer even the non-riding client the chance to experience the thrill of being involved by training and competing their horse. This is very helpful to breeders looking for an outlet for their young stock and also as a way to participate in a wonderful sport for those who would rather watch than ride.
You will find a diverse group taking advantage of our training program. Since we do not make any requirements regarding actually competing, students are free to relax and explore what interests them most. Our dressage-only program is very popular and gives confidence to any rider. We have young horses that start their careers here, and of course our competitive riders of the future and present get their fill as we attend approximately 10 to 15 events annually.
